Posting Part 3 before 2014 ends, lol.
Can’t believe I haven’t finished posting my photos from my December 2013 trip ,_, Better late than never! D:
With my cousins Dean and Mikmik. Spot the dwarf. They had to crouch for me :))
Addicted to milk tea. Runs in the family?
Had some corn cause it was SO COLD.
Proud to say that I can read 4 out of 5 Chinese characters :))
So pretty! Looks like a scene from a movie.
My mom and her sisters. “Pretend to jump off! Then we’ll pretend to save you!” – HAHA. Now you know where I got my cray disposition.
When in Taiwan, eat all the street food. SERIOUSLY. (Okay except for the stinky tofu. I know it’s supposed to be super yummy but it smells like a sewer. No thanks.)
Everyone’s busy hunting for food even when it’s raining :))
Since it was our 2nd to the last day, we decided to…eat more! Luckily, our hotel was in Ximending district.
Totoro, Stitch, and Monsters Inc. Cases. Cute but…how will you be able to hold your phone ?
It was super cold so this Golden Retriever is winter attire as well. hihi. You can find this adorable dog in the Dog Café in Ximending.
I’ve been to Taiwan thrice but it was the first time for me to try the ‘Modern Toilet’ restaurant. It wasn’t hard locating it. Really. A giant toilet seat? :))
欢迎光临 ! Cute poopie character is saying welcome :)) Any ideas yet as to why this restaurant is super popular?
PS: If you’re the queasy type, you should close your eyes now. he he he.
Toilet seat bowls as chairs.
Wall display. Poop head character peeing. what :))
If you’re planning to visit, prepare to wait for about 30 minutes -1 hour. You can leave your phone number with the waiter so they can call/text once they have vacant tables.
Poop shaped menu.
Can you guess what this is? – Lychee tea in a toilet shaped cup. EEEK :))
Oh, just me enjoying my iced tea…inside a urinal (double EEEEK)
PS: You can bring home the urinal as a souvenir!
Why hello there. Food isn’t that great though. I guess people just come here for the pooptastic experience.
Poop shaped ice cream for dessert.
Part 4 (last entry, promise) coming up! Hope you enjoyed my photos 😉 Has anyone else been to Taiwan? 😀
